Why we built CrewDog

We want oil and gas workers to go direct to employers, and to see hiring coming before it’s advertised.

Colin Rawlinson started CrewDog in Aberdeen after more than 50 years in recruitment. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. CrewDog began by finding the real employer behind recruitment agency adverts, and now searches oil and gas jobs worldwide.
